Life is a beautiful thing. It is a gift from Mother Earth that keeps on giving. You naturally respond to everything life gives you. Sometimes it’s a wow. Sometimes it’s a whoa. You can have high highs, and low lows. Living your life whilst riding this emotional rollercoaster takes its toll on you. My question to you is … how is life flowing for you?
How secure is your energy field?
I bet you don’t hesitate to ensure your home is secure. The doors and windows probably have some form of protection to keep uninvited ‘guests’ out. In today’s world, it’s accepted as crucial to have such security fto protect your home and it’s contents, and that includes you! What about your energy field? How secure is it? Is there, indeed, a need to protect it and, if so, what are you protecting it from?
It is easy to lose sight of the impact life has on you. Have you disconnected from life? More importantly, have you disconnected from yourself? Do you go about your day to day activities, as best you can, not really tuned into what you are doing? Have you lost sight of the ‘warning signs’ telling you that your overall energy field is dropping due to the amount of negative energy you are carrying?
How do you know when there is a need to raise your personal frequency and release negative energy?
Tell-tale signs include:-
- You experience mood swings
- Life looks good from the bed – why get up?
- You feel tired ‘for no reason’
- You feel unsettled
- Your body is talks to you through pain – headaches, stomach aches, even unexplained joint aches (I recently worked with a client who had a pain in his left knee every time he argued with his wife)
- You feel you are wandering through life with no direction … you’ve lost your compass
- You struggle to focus on anything
What I love about energy work is it’s simplicity. When you are present, energy knows what to do and where to go. The remedies for raising one’s vibration are based in the beautiful space of kindness and compassion.
7 Ways to Raise Your Frequency
All of the following remedies are directed at the most important person in your life – YOU!
1. Create A Positive Internal Environment
Fill your body with wholesome food. With real food. Eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. The closer the food is to its natural state the more life it has to give you.
2. Create A Positive External Environment
Surround yourself with environments that feel good to you. Stay away from negative environments, negative people, and negative social media. If something doesn’t feel good to you, it probably isn’t good for you.
3. Eliminate Clutter Of All Kinds
Clutter is simply an ‘untidy collection of things’. It can be physical, emotional and mental. To clear ourselves of clutter simply requires you to take action, like:-
- Create a physical environment that is easy to live in and work in.
- Make a date with a friend and share your thoughts.
- Grab a journal and share your thoughts with the pages.
These action steps will assist you in eliminating clutter on many levels. When there is space for air to flow, the energy flows. Where there is energy flow, there is life force.
4. Stay Grounded
Ensuring your feet are ‘firmly on the ground’ is a beautiful way of being present with what is happening now. Being aware of your feet brings you into the present moment. This is where life is lived. This is where the magic happens
The act of laughing is one of the best tonics for you. The energetic impact is powerful.
Laughter is known to
- – relax the body
- – boost the immune system
- – trigger the release of endorphins
- – protect the heart, and
- – burn calories
How awesome is that!
6. Soak In A Salt Water Bath
A salt water bath can help cleanse and relax your body. Simply add 2-3 cups of Epsom salt or Himalayan crystal salt to your bath and soak in it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off by taking a warm shower. This will awaken you to a feeling of vibrancy and lightness.
7. Look At The Morning Sun
Sun gazing during safe hours is a great way to tap into the sun’s immense energy field. Even a few seconds of sun gazing activates your pineal gland and aids the production of serotonin – the happy chemical.
Whether it’s stepping out into the sun, making yourself a wholesome meal, clearing some space on your desk, or sharing your thoughts with a journal or a friend, there is always something you can do that will have a positive impact on your energy field.
When you feel your energy starting to dip, stop. Take a couple of deep breathes. Ask yourself, what would be the most beneficial thing to do to raise your vibration? Listen, and do it. You’re worth it!
