Society appears to easily accept that mothers can sense or feel, when there is something not quite right about their kids. It’s called ‘mother’s intuition’. However, when it comes to sensing, or just knowing that something is not quite right in any area of our lives, or indeed that something is just so right we NEED to do it, our intuition is something many of us do not pay attention to. This is a shame because when we ignore or don’t accept this intuitive knowing, then mistakes are often made. Intuition is something we are all born with. It’s our own personal guidance system.

Everyone has intuition, and it is my wish to help people learn to feel comfortable using it.

I found out how powerful intuition can be at a significant moment in my life, and it was this discovery that eventually led me to study the Body Code. Several years ago I was due to have a hysterectomy. The morning this was scheduled to happen I remember standing in the bathroom, looking in the mirror and just knowing I had cancer. I also knew I would be ok. The surgery went ahead as planned, standard pathology tests were carried out and indeed cancer was found. However, following another operation and my choice to decline radiation, all is well.

This was a beautiful, and well timed reminder of the power of my intuition.

It reminded me of the importance of trust and self-belief. This experience fueled my desire to help others connect with the little voice within them, and follow their intuition.

Through my work as an energy healer, particularly as a certified Body Code practitioner, I’ve had the joy of assisting many people release blocks that were holding them back from experiencing a more abundant life. Clients come to me for a variety of reasons. Some are health based, some are financial based and some are based around relationships , both with themselves and with others. I have clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, fatigued and struggling with life. I have provided the support they need to move through their struggles and doubts, empowering them to live their life with freedom.
