WHO IS KERYN?
Hi. I’m Keryn Rose,
Through my work as an intuitive energy healer, particularly as a certified Body Code practitioner, I’ve had the joy of assisting many people release blocks that were holding them back from experiencing a more abundant life. Clients come to me for a variety of reasons. Some are health based, some are financial based and some are based around relationships, both with themselves and with others. I have clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, fatigued and Smallstruggling with life. I have provided the support they need to move through their struggles and doubts, empowering them to live their life with freedom.

How many times during a day do you get asked the question "how are you?" How do you respond? Chances are your response is "fine". Are you? Really?
With inflation continuing to rise around the world putting pressure on the cost of living, when was the last time you checked in with yourself and asked "how am I feeling, really?"
Feelings of fear, anxiety and overwhelm appear to be increasing within the global community. The word 'uncertainty' is becoming part of many conversations. Did you know that the mere thought of life being uncertain can stimulate your sympathetic nervous system which is responsible for your flight-or-fight stress response. This in turn increases your heart rate, slows down your digestion, increases your respiratory rate and your perspiration, just to name a few. Asking yourself 'How am I feeling, really?' checks in with you from a physical perspective opening you up to connecting with yourself on a deeper level.

I have been enjoying walking along the picturesque Swan River, often early enough to watch the sun rise. For me, there is such exquisite beauty in a sunrise. As the colours are painted across the sky I feel the Universe is announcing another opportunity to live my life.
The exciting thing is, it has nothing to do with yesterday … and nothing to do with tomorrow. It’s a right now proposition and a powerful encouragement to contemplate what it is I wish for today. By the end of my walk I am full of gratitude for my life, and excited about my day. For me, this is a powerful feeling found in being present.
Most of my energy healing work is done via remote sessions. Have you every wondered what remote healing (also known as distance healing ) is and how it works? I often get asked if it is as effective as a regular in person session, and my answer is simply yes, absolutely!
