A question often asked of people is "what do you do?" Answers may be teacher, lawyer, doctor, builder, engineer, chef and maybe a life coach. How often do you hear 'I'm an energy healer'?

Well, I am an energy healer!

Many people are surprised by this statement. It can spark more questions, and it can end the conversation very quickly. I once had someone ask me if I worked with electricity. I smiled and said "kind of".

You are more than a physical body. You are pure energy, and the flow of that energy, like water, reflects a level of vitality. If water has no current or flow, it can become stagnant, often having an unpleasant smell as a consequence. If your energy has no flow it can lead to issues in your health and wellbeing, our relationships, particularly with yourself, and even your finances.

Quantum physics says that energy is not limited by space or time. It is everywhere, all around you, all the time. It flows through everything. Your thoughts, your feelings, even your words are simply energy. Your energy is constantly reacting to your environment whether you are conscious of it or not. Whilst you may not be conscious of your reactions, they still occur, sometimes become trapped in your energy field, slowing down the flow of your energy and impacting on your vitality.

As an energy healer, doing most of my work using a healing modality called The Body Code, I help clients locate blocks in their energy field that no longer serve them, and we work together to release them.
